Financial Aid

Northeast Kansas Technical College is approved to participate in the Pell Grant and Federal Family Education Loan programs.

Applicants must fill out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and show proof of receipt of a high school diploma or GED to qualify for financial aid.

Students must maintain satisfactory academic progress to be eligible to receive federal aid for a second semester.

NEKTC is also approved by the Veterans Administration, Kansas Vocational Rehabilitation, WIA, JTPA, United Tribes, and Bureau of Indian Affairs. For further information, contact the Financial Aid Office.
